Swedish Relaxation Massage

This service is what you think of when you just want to decompress, relax, tune out the world, and maybe even fall asleep! Pressure can vary from light to deep depending on what you would like.

Deep Tissue

Massage

This service consists of focused work on troubled areas to ease discomfort and free up restrictions. This service is less relaxation during the session, but will provide ongoing effects of relief from soft tissue restrictions and pain. Number of areas addressed is dependent on length of service booked.

When there is tension or restrictions in your fascia (a thin layer of connective tissue layering your muscles), it can cause pain and decrease movement. Myofascial Release intends to decrease restrictions, pain, and improve movement. Pressure tends to be medium, and typically will focus in on a few targeted areas. 

By using specific frequencies via tuning forks and sound bowls, activated at different areas of the body, we can bring peace and clarity, along with providing energy and vitality to your being. Everything around us carries a frequency, and we pick up on those frequencies. Sound healing helps to balance the frequency and energy held in our being.
